Okay, so I know I need to call the advice nurse, but I've been having sharp pains/pressure "down there".. idk if it's normal or not, but it's uncomfortable. It's not all the time, only in certain positions, but what could it be? I'll be 20 weeks tomorrow.

sounds like lightning crotch.
to me it feels like a sharp pain in my cervix. I get it whenever I'm sitting in the right spot and the baby kicks hard enough in just the right spot. it hurts like hell.
that's what I thought at first too, but it's my hooha area. Like the opening of my hooha and sometimes down.. the back way?
It could be your round ligaments. if it's in certain positions your uterus is probably pulling on the ligaments causing them to hurt.
I would call and ask a nurse or doctor
