hey ladies, I know this may be a dumb question seeing as vitamins are normally good for you, is it okay to take a vitamin C pill while you are pregnant? I feel like I am getting sick and I just want to make sure it is safe. and any other advice you can give me for getting over this sinus crap while pregnant would be greatly appreciated.

I've read too much causes miscarriages but I mean like thousands of mgs too much, normal doses are fine and I try not to believe everything I read online lol lol hope you feel better!
my doctor told me NOT to take extra vitamin c when pregnant that orange juice or other fruit juice with vitamin c would be enough. but it's up to you! vitamin c flushes out of your system pretty quickly so I guess it wouldn't hurt

my midwife is making me while i take some iron as well! I dont think you would have to worry about having too much vitamin c because if your body and baby doesnt need it, it goes out of your body with waste!

it would be like drinking orange juice that has vitamin c in it too I don't think it's an issue
My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.
