I'm a 23-year-old elementary school teacher and newlywed. My husband and I have been married for seven months and are expecting our first babies, identical twins girls (Ellie and Harper) sometime in mid-May. We are so excited about this journey and give God all the glory!

My identical twin girls, born Wednesday, May 11th at 1:54 pm at 37 weeks gestational age. C-section. Ellie (bottom): 5 lbs 3 oz, 18.5 inches long. Harper (top): 5 lbs 13 oz, 18.5 inches long. I'm a blessed first time mommy.

sooo, a friend of mine who is a midwife told me i could pump to help stimulate dilation and effacement. Im currently dilated 0 and not effaced at all at 36 weeks with twins and im being induced next Wednesday. i do not want to labor for days. so i tried it and got out enough colostrum that it was dripping from my nipples and freaking me out! i hope there will still be colostrum for the babies! i am done pumping til they come.

holy hemorrhoids. thank you, Lord, these babies are being delivered in 2 weeks.

anyone else's babies get the hiccups a ton? my baby b gets them like 3 times a day and they last a while. my baby A may get them once and for not as long. it kind of freaks me out, but we have cord dopplers done twice a weeks and those show no issues. we recently had steroid shots for their lungs and I wonder if that has their lungs working overtime?

29 weeks 4 days with my drawn on snap chat shorts lol. praying Ellie keeps growing (her growth has slowed down and she's a pound behind Harper) so the girls can stay in at least another month!

I just need to vent right now. we almost never leave the house except to work. seriously going grocery shopping is exciting. my husband drives me nuts and is not sensitive to pregnancy at all. when I was in ob emergency Thursday he was playing with the blood draw turnicates and snooping through supply draws acting like a child while I was miserable. and my babies are just getting lazy and one of my babies doesn't move as much as the other. just get stressed about every single thing and worry my...

24 weeks with twin girls!

checked on ellie and Harper today! they are both breech. sooo, I'm getting kicked in the cervix AND butt. it's crazy. they are so active that they have a difficult time checking much or taking pictures of them, but everything was perfect and they said my cervix was better than great. I'm so thankful!
