ha doesn't help that theres a beach down the street, my nurse asks if i ate sand yet every time she comes over. i thought about trying brown sugar just to see if a similar texture would help

As long as you don't give into them, it should be fine though. I couldn't imagine craving stuff like that!

if you crave non-food items, like sand, you have some sort of deficiency. So definitely bring it up to your doctor!

ha yeah i have every problem in the book they give me minerals and vitamins through a heart cath that ive had for 26 weeks now, doesn't help the cravings though :/

some women crave chalk and some women have craved dirt before. lol when I was pregnant and still now I crave taking baths in lavender Epsom salts. they are amazing.
