my appointment went well baby is measuring to be average..:)I'm so tired and i have diabetes..i hope the baby is OK...doctor said they may have to increase my dosage because the insulin makes me drowsy and naseaus...on another note hows every one...

i got a vaporizer was told that was better then the humidifier vicks didnt do anything for me and they said to stick to clear liquids for now they said to get clear ensure to keep my nutrients up seeing how i am feeling hungry but cant keep it down
@mom13, m. try tea w no caffeine...cough drops peppermint and make it as hot as u can stand it...vicks vapor rub is good too..and i have a humidifier..:)
