It sounds really strange, so take it or leave it. I shove my nipple into my son's mouth and hold his head in such a way that he can't just spit it out. Sounds strange, but when I'm engorged that's what I do. He doesn't really like the spraying letdowns. Also, in the beginning I would let him suck on his pacifier for a minute and replace it with my nipple when he started sucking.

if you are engorged pump first to get your nipple a little bigger then latch your baby. it takes time but you can do it. feel free to message me

I got my lo to latch by skin to skin in a warm bath. I laid her down rubbed my nipple across her lips. allowed my milk to get in her mouth. all see wrote. I had to stimulate my nipples to allow let down.

everything @hellosweetie said & also make sure you are calm & relaxed when you are trying to get her to latch. if you are stressed or overworked the baby will feel it & will get uncomfortable & won't latch.

Try the swipe the nipple from nose down across her lips...I know that helps get them to open their mouth...other than that, I would just keep at it...the more practice she gets, the better she will become and the more she'll like it! The bottle could be giving her nipple confusion so just try breast as often as possible, but keep pumping so your supply doesn't dip....I'm not saying starve your baby, but honestly if you try enough and baby is hungry, she WILL latch and feed. Also make sure you smell natural, like milk lol try not to wear perfume or deodorant, you want her to associate the breast with food so she gets the idea that food comes from you! Keep at it mama, you're doing great and it's so worth it! Breastfeeding is hard but you both will be pros soon enough 😀
