Every time my heart rate goes up which leaves me out of breath each time, my baby starts kicking a lot. It happens every time. I'll be on the verge of a panic attack and there the kicks starts. Could this mean that my heart rate is affecting the baby?

I think it does because when I was on the machine anytime mine went up, or Id get contractions and especially while they checked me, baby's heart rate went up pretty high. It's hard not to get stressed out or anxious but I definitely try to just sit or lay down and breathe deeply..

That's what I do and it really helps a lot! I pray that we both have healthy and strong babies @babyjjsmommy
