Well I have been discharged but Jaxson hasn't been. So they sent me up to the pediatric floor and thank god they gave me a room to stay with him. If he end up having to go to NICU then I won't be able to stay with him. 😕 so I'm really hoping he just keeps progressing like he has been today! For those of you who don't know when he was born he had breathing issues and had to be on oxygen for a while but he's better now and breathing on his own. He was also having a hard time eating. He wouldn't take the boob or anything. He'd latch on but wouldn't suckle. So I had To end up pumping 😔. But as long as he's getting my milk, that's all I care about. And today is the first day he's actually ate and he's been eating a lot! Anyway so they are making him stay a mandatory 5 days just to keep an eye on him. I'm really hoping they'll let us come home Christmas Day! But we shall see....keep sending prayers up.
