he might be going by the you've completed 3 months and you're in your 4th month so you're 3 months thing. it's confusing and I personally don't go by that lol.

technically 40 weeks is 10 months. well because you have a period for a week and 1-2 weeks for ovulation and implantation you're not pregnant for that time but they count it as pregnant so it throws off the months
