Sooooooo today is officially Avery's half bday and I am officially 18 months #postpartum - to those that know me well I've eaten well, worked out doing my beloved #pilates @pilatesplatinum before during and after my #pregnancy & ill be honest I feel a million times better and stronger than even before I had Avery. It hasn't been the easiest road with indulgences here and there, some laziness that kicked in ESP around holidays, but even pulling off a work out 2-3 days a week helps. Now with a busy #toddlerlife and working taking that extra few hours to myself to kick butt & forget about daily stresses motivates me to keep going and stay #fit & strong mentally for myself and my family. I have to say that when and if number two comes into the picture I will follow exactly what I did with Avery to the T. At the end of the day a happy mommy is a happy baby right?
