@nikki84, okay I put some 70% rubbing alcohol on it. And then I put some medicated lip balm on there. I hope it works. Thank you! And it's very small so will the alcohol stop it from getting bigger?

I use rubbing alcohol wait for 10mins before applying anything else ,it helps dry the cold sore out than I use campho-phenique

be careful with tea tree oil... it can burn your skin of you use straight tea tree oil... I would say abreva... always worked wonders for me (:
