ok ladies please help me. back in feb i had a mc. im 15w and 1d today and i have my next appt on the 29th. i still cant fell my baby move and im so scared something happend. im having a really hard time with this. my friends just tell me to relax and everything is ok but untill i see my baby or feel it im gonna freak. how do i deal with this. i had two full yerm pregnancies before the mc and now im scared to death 😭😭😭
I'll be 16 weeks on Thursday and I still haven't felt my baby move either
@eriknenzo, honestly that's why I didn't get one because I thought it would give me more anxiety if for some reason I couldn't pick up the babies heart beat right away. You could try doing yoga, that helped take some of my anxiety away.
@eriknenzo, yes I totally understand! Also I had a Doppler with my first two and you can generally clearly tell the difference between your heartbeat and the babies. Babies will be much faster than yours
@ahauge6, i think in going to seems to be the only thing that could help thank you
i was thinking of getting one but im not sure @soontobemomof5 i talked to my doc about it and she said it would be ok just sometime you may get something other than the heart beat
I also had a miscarriage in May. this will be my first successful pregnancy, and I just started feeling kicks at 20 weeks, and I even have anterior placenta which muffles the kicks and makes it hard to hear. it will happen soon! I promise.
It's hard after a miscarriage even when you can feel the baby move. I had a miscarriage in February after 4 perfectly healthy pregnancies and it was hard. I still have days of extreme anxiety and I'm 34 weeks. I wish I had advice on how to make it better but you really just have to take it day by day and try your very best to just stay positive. I know a lot of people buy dopplers to help ease their mind and you can find them on amazon or eBay.
yea with my first two i felt them between 15 and 18 weeks. i didnt find out there sex till 20 weeks. @34466 i just want to feel relief and know my babybis ok you know
@eriknenzo, yes that's a good idea. No need to stress its always better to settle your fears! I believe I felt my other pregnancys closer to 16-18 weeks. I remember it was around the time I learned their gender.
thank you @34466 my doc told me after the first trimester there is less chance of mc. but i have two other children and the mc just had me going crazy with this on. i think i might call my doc early tomorrow and see if there is any way to get in early. hopefully i will start to feel something soon right
Alot of people don't feel baby until later on your fine!! I've had these same fears I'm 13 weeks with twins and just have the biggest fear I will go in and find out I lost one or both. Every pregnancy is different. On sono twin b is doing flips and bouncing around and I don't feel a thing. Just try to stay calm and get to that Appt so you have a piece of mind! Good luck! If it has you that scared or upset go get checked out there nothing wrong with that. After loosing one its a very legitimate fear. Good luck!!
well with a first pregnancy its likely you will not feel the baby move till 20-24 weeks and if you've past 4-8 weeks more likely you will carry through the whole 9 months
If you miscarried, I think you would definitely know. It's really painful, lots of horrible cramps and blood. I've had 2, and both times I bled a lot and had major pain. Usually you don't feel baby move until closer to 20 weeks, but everyone is different. I think for my first I was 17 weeks, this pregnancy it was closer to 15 weeks. Best thing to do is not stress too much! :)
