Nah you'll be fine. my sister did it. I'm doing it and my baby is still perfectly healthy. my sister actually said that her doctor recommended it

I wouldn't do it... I know in some other countries it's the norm but I can wait. Plus new studies have come out saying even a little bit can harm the baby since the fetus can't metabolize alcohol like we do and it goes straight to their brains.... I rather wait the 9 months lol

@lilfree16, now you can have a glass of wine while breastfeeding. Or you can always pump and dump.

@lilfree16, trust me you'll be wasting more when one day baby decided they don't want to eat anymore and you accidentally leave it on the counter or when after you're done pumping you spill it everywhere lol it happens to the best of us lol
