How do you ladies feel about red wine during pregnancy?
@doibleksmommy, since we're on the subject, how was your experience with the oil? Haha
I think taking castor oil and circumcision are fine, any type of induction has its risk so what exactly were they upset about? If a doctor told them they had to be induced and they took pitocin and allowed their water to be broken by the doctor they have no room to talk and once again, your baby your decision smh so e of these womem are nuts @doubleksmommy
Yea I see that llh it's okay though and if you chose to use castor oil then guess what it's your baby and not theirs that's ridiculous smh. But thank you ladies for your kind words and congratulations on your healthy bundles of joy :) @doubleksmommy @moorrggiee
I asked about opinions on circumcision and sheesh
@moorrggiee, omg I went thru that same question once and people flipped the f out. someone asked about ways to start labor to avoid induction and I suggested that and they went NUTS lol then I said I took it and they about had a heart attack hahaha
you will be fine. with my first pregnancy I had very little bit on my bday and stressful time and she came out perfectly normal. if u ask a touchy subject question here some people will take it a bit far 😑
I've learned not to ask questions on this site if it involves a touchy subject. I asked for opinions on taking castor oil at term to avoid induction, never said I did it or planned on doing it. Just simply asked for opinions/experiences and a lot of women were making me feel like a monster for even asking. Lol
Yea I know, none of them are scaring me I know the amount I had was fine, it was literally a quarter of a glass and plus I did some research prior to drinking the sample and so did my husband I'm okay with my decision thank you love @moorrggiee
One glass of wine is not going to hurt you this far in pregnancy, don't let anyone scare you. I've had a glass of wine and my baby is perfectly fine and healthy as can be.
With my 2nd I had high blood pressure and was stressed my OB told me to go home have a glass of red wine and take a hot bath. It did help me relax
It is not worth the risk. I'm not chancing my son's health for a sip of wine. I can wait.
I haven't had wine until tonight, I went to olive garden and had a sample of roscoto, I read that it is not harmful in small portions @jazmin805
you asked us not our drs☝...so i think its ok once in a while..of course tge dr will say no cuz tgey dont wanna be responsible if anything happens....but its knly harmful if its too much too much which i doubt you will do
talk to your doctor before anything. I asked mine and she said to not drink any.
I've heard both also. I don't think it's horrible. It's apart of the culture in Europe but is stigmatized here.
Ya I wouldn't even drink it as my opinion, even if you drink a little it's not worth it because it won't do anything for toy
Don't chug a bottle of course but a glass every once in a while is fine
I say no, so does my doc. It's only 9 months, I can wait. But lots of women will say it's ok to have a glass. A glass meaning like 4oz not filled to the rim
right?! I just smh at some women. like I think my Dr wouldn't suggest something was fine if it wasn't so calm down ppl. pitocin...and all the other drugs Dr give u the option to use have the same risk factors...if not worse.at the end of the day its the mothers choice so when ppl ask an opinion ppl should give answer w/o judgement/accusation behind it.
