yea your doctor should have giving you a list. I've been sick but choose not to take certain thing. the doctor says its fine tho. Robitussin. cough drops, clariton. I've been taking cough drops. just haven't picked up any clariton.

try to drink some warm tees too. spoon full of honey and gurgle with warm salt water.
