im a FTM i woke up this morning with pain in my lower abdomen..im only 5 weeks im freaking out...its kinda like period cramps but way painful..should i go to the hospital or is it normal in my stage pregancy?

thanks guys in getting ready to go to the hospital now..i need to be sure my little one is okay
I had a lot of pain like that around that time, it was just my body starting to get ready for the baby to grow. Usually if there's no bleeding you're fine but if you're worried there's no shame in going to the doctor to get checked out to have a piece of mind
since i find out im pregnant i never have any type of pain ..and this morning i woke up with real bad cramps..
I would call your doctor and see what he/she thinks.
Like I tell most people, only you know when something is wrong. I had a 8 week miscarriage and everyone continuously convinced me I was overreacting but I KNEW something was wrong. Cramping could be bc of ligament pain.
Everything is probably stretching. if you start to bleed go to the hospital.
could be just implantation, but go to the dr.
