@lovechild426, I thought they could fight it in court? to get their name on the certificate. @lilchicken will he have a say in if the baby goes home with him if I put his name on the certificate?

@hayhayes1, You don't have to give the baby his name or let him sign the certificate, you don't even have to let him be there if you don't want. Just do what's best for you

@hayhayes1, yes baby goes home with mommy :) Idk how It is where you live bit where I live all you ahve to do is tell them to leave you alone and cut off contact. Everything they contact you after that is harassment and against the law

I'd get a restraining order against the mom then your fine she can't harrass you anymore or she will go to jail daddy can still be around or not but she alone will be cut off completly take those texts to the court house and they'll give you one forsure being pregnant @hayhayes1
@hayhayes1, of course it goes home with the mom the dad has no rights!!! don't use his last name! also he will have to take you to court for a paternity test and for any custody issues. you can literally move to mexico and his ass would habe to move to mexico to take you to court.

@hayhayes1, You can always tell the nurses and doctors that it's in your child's best interest if she's not there and if I remember right she has to be put on the list, when my friends baby was in icu they were extremely strict on who could see the baby anyway

If he really wants to go to paternity court he can be put on the birth certificate, I know in my there a Paternity Acknowledgement that can also be sent in after the birth, however that just means he pays child support and would have to fight you for custody, and these texts from his mom wouldn't look good in him
