i am being induced on Wednesday, my son's father isn't around or been involved THE WHOLE NINE MONTHS…

my first second and third was the same situation I told all there dad's when I was going to be induced or when I went in labor if he hasn't been involved it whatever you feel is best I gave them the opportunity to be apart of birth none of them came but they had the knowledge. ..hope this helps 😊

I'm spiteful, so I say keep going on your way Momma!! If he can't contact you and check up on you, then peace!! It's not the father of my children I'm going through that with but the woman who raised me for 20 years and then walked out. She doesn't try to contact me, so I'm not telling her anything!!

My sister was in the same situation. She finally decided to tell him after her and the baby were settled, then allowed him to make the decision on whether he wanted to come visit it not.

I would tell him just so he can never tell your child you didn't include him which could cause your child to be mad at you

I agree with the other suggestions, I'd tell him but not hold my breath but prepare emotionally for how you will handle the stress of him being there

if it were me, I wouldn't say a word and I wouldn't bother to put his name on the birth certificate either. if he can't/won't be there during the pregnancy, he doesn't deserve to be there for the birth.

heck naw dont tell him nothing about it. because if by some miracle he decides to show up thats stress for you that you dont need which will tamper your happy moment. what i will suggest is when your child is born and you're ready for visitors then invite him... but dont let his presence ruin your happy moment

exactly @twinmommy2016 and that's what I feel like doing but then I think about what @abeals04 said he will never admit he has been as asshole to my kid so I would look like the bad guy @arianna321 I totally agree but ugh I'm conflicted @lilchicken but it will hurt if he doesn't show so I figured save myself the hurt
