K, I have a dilemma. I currently just finished my fall semester of college and have all my classes ready for next semester. Well I have to take Anatomy and Physiology that has a cadaver lab as well as A Chemistry class with a lab. I am on track to apply for my program next spring if I get these classes done this semester. But I am currently ten weeks pregnant, I don't want to do any kind of harm for the baby but if I can't get these classes done I'm a whole extra year out and it ends up being another 10 grand or so for the year of school. I keep hearing mixed things and I don't know what to do.

try calling labor and delivery hospital and ask to speak to a dr they might answer your question or just take the class and wear a mask when working with chemicals so you don't breath them in if your really worried

@mommabear3cubs, good to know. I'm retaking A&P 2 and I already passed the lab I wish they would let me transfer the credit but my school doesn't do that.

@julpa, I'm just worried about the chemicals, because it's a cadaver lab.

Do your classes as long as it's possible.

I'd do them. ur not going to do any harm to the baby. I took microbiology and A&P1; and Chem all at same time when pregnant with my daughter.
