has any of you ladies done any workouts to start labor ?? if so what ? I'm 2 days over due and kinda want to start .. I haven't had any contractions and the only thing that has been hurting is my pelvic area / bone ..



I did 30 kegels and walked down then back up 4 flights of stairs. Water broke the next morning!!
I ran up an down my stairs and did latters. water broke two days later
All my friends have had lunch bouncing on a big birthing ball. I got one myself in hops when it's time it will help me. And spicy food especially
