nobody can do that . It's against the law . legally if you recide there. get your mail there . and everything else thet have to go through the eviction process . all depending on you age obviously . but the eviction process can take up to 6 months
I don't know about MA but here in KS the baby doesn't qualify towards your housing limit until they are a year old. at that point is when the baby qualifies and needs it's own room. I'd look up the fair housing act and how it applies in your state.
@chevma13 I used to live in mass . tell them they need to take you to court then and the judge automatically grants you extra 30 days because you're pregnant if the eviction goes through.

you should do something about that note. that's definitely not okay for your landlord to send something like that.
