does anyone else's baby cry in their sleep?? why is my son doing that he's only 1 month (on 17th)!!??

maybe. my son isn't so easily amused lol but he likes some things. more so people and like 2 toys

@benjismom, I'm assuming they just dream of colors, sounds, lights, and even flashes of mommy's/daddy's faces. I figure, it takes sooo little to make her laugh when she's awake, it's probably the same while she's dreaming

yes my daughter does all of a sudden then there are times she giggles in her sleep

i heard that its preparing them for the scary things in life. idk if thats true lol.

My daughter is almost five months and she crys out, as well as giggles in her sleep. My doctor actually asked me at our 4 month appointment, "is she crying or laughing in her sleep?", when I told him that, "yeah! She does - it scares me to death sometimes." He said, "oh good! That means she's dreaming -- right on track!". 😊

why do they do that?? is it a nightmare?? and about what? only traumatic thing that's happened is birth (I would imagine that pretty traumatic for them.) @juliabug @mommy314
