really quite upset at the fact that the little girl is my husband's daughter, he's not aloud to see her or fight for costody of her because another man says it's his. As of right now his daughter is taken by the state because the mom got caught with drugs grr.

no he's not he was in jail when she was born no one signed the birth certificate

that sucks. is ur husband on the birth certificate? if not then there isn't much u can do.

what if he files for full custody of her the judge will ask for a DNA test that will prove he's the dad then he can get custody but first thing first he has to file for full custody. that might work in his case
