It is true! But if you aren't sure, go to the doc and get them to do a blood test. And I don't want to scare you, but bleeding could be a sign of a miscarriage, (but it's NOT always!) so I think you should definitely make a doctors appointment.

yes it is possible. With my first I had my period and was pregnant and didn't know.

what @kimberlyyyy said, it isn't a regular period, during a period your uterus's walls tear themselves down due to the egg not being fertilized, so technically it isn't a period but you can bleed around that time because your body may get a little confused and be used to bleeding at that time.

NO because it's not a period. You can bleed around the time of your normal cycle but it's not an actual period. My mum didn't know she was pregnant with me until she was 5 months along because she was bleeding.
