Whyyyyy is it not safe to eat cinnamon? I have a whole box of cinnamon toast crunch that I can't eat:( the list keeps growing

I've eaten Cinnamon Toast Crunch...lived off of apple sauce and cinnamon in the beginning..eat cinnamon and apple oatmeal..lol we're all good here :)
I have an iPhone too so you should have all the same features

I never heard of that . my daughter is healthy and I was eating cinnamon toast crunch cinnabons , Cinnamon rolls . etc , my OB told me don't ever look on Google during pregnancy lol . information on there will make you paranoid because its too much . its information overload . you can have an uti and Google will saying its gonarhrea or something lol . @kinsleyraesmommy
Honestly.. I've had 2 kids and I ate a lot of cinnamon rolls and cinnamon toast crunch.. Pies with cinnamon and things of the sort. Just like most anything else you need to be consuming a very large and unhealthy amount of it in order to have serious side effects.

I eat cinnamon toast crunch, toast, rolls. Etc. I think you'll be okay mama 😊👌 call your nurse line and ask if you're concerned though!

Well I'm not big on cinnamon anything but I ate a box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch like last week or the week before. But in not gonna eat it anymore unless in small doses. But I'm gonna ask my dr tomorrow and see what she says just to be safe.
i had so many cinnamon rolls and my daughter is perfectly healthy at 8.5m. it has to be ridiculously large quantities to be harmful

I've never heard this before and I've eaten cinnamon with all my pregnancys. Is this something your doctor told you or another old wives tale?
