Eating a million cinnamon rolls at Cicis then going to walmart. Just me and my daughter running errands. I need to start being more active. 9 mths this week 🙌🙌
exactly lol! Thats what kinda made me mad, when she said ok if you wanna have your baby sitting with tubes and cords and stuff all in her. Like actually my doctor said she's good to come any day now. & trust me i know whats best for my baby, what I look like, a fool? lol she said that like i was 28 weeks. & even then i highly doubt cinammon rolls are gonna start labor. -_- @jclark18
I wish they wouldn't do that! smdh. like this lady looked at me crazy cause I ate a bag of hot Cheetos. yeah I know they're not healthy but WHAT I CRAVE IS WHAT I CRAVE, I CAN'T HELP IT, I'M PREGNANT! then she wants to tell you your baby could be a premi, THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE. Your baby is fully developed at 36 weeks, people give birth early all the time at 36/37 weeks 😑😑 and their babies get to go home 😒 @marie_xo
right! The problem is they believe any and everything they read or hear lol. Im sorry but just because someone tells me something doesnt mean im gonna believe it. I aint never heard of cinammon causing developmental issues (i dont even see how thats possible) or causing premature labor lol. But i guess she was just tryna warn me. I dont believe that though and i still ate my cinammon rolls 👌👌 @jclark18
like why do people do stuff like that??? who cares if you ate a big ass plate of cinnamon rolls?? everybody's pregnancy is different, your choice to eat cinnamon rolls is your choice SMH. @marie_xo
@marie_xo, that's what I said. One would have to eat a lot of it
oh ok cool well i dont eat it unless i come here which has been like 3 times my whole pregnancy lol. Thats what i figured though, they say just about everything can do something when your pregnant. But i feel like you'd have to eat a whole lot of something for it to affect baby @mommagotbump16
After reading through a few sites, basically a bunch of herbs and spices (including cinnamon) can stimulate the uterus if used in high doses. They all say it's ok in moderate use, and nothing mentioned any developmental issues with cinnamon @bri28 @marie_xo
Oh definitely! No harm in mentioning it tho. Sometimes people don't know. I have two kids. Better safe than sorry, that's what I say.
i know, i literally come and get like 4 plates, salad, a stack of pizza, a plate of cinammon rolls, and then pasta lol @charitymarie
To each its own! You gotta do what you feel is best, use your best judgement and common sense. @bri28
I hear ya.... Yea it's one of those things women crave in pregnancy I guess, but that's also not super safe. In early pregnancy not safe at all, can mess with brain development and what not, as well as the preterm delivery
Eat spicy stuff all the time, pineapple, i walk. I haven't stopped things because of old wives tales. Im sure anything is bad in excess but im honestly not worried about none of that stuff. @bri28
yeah but my doctor says its safe for her to come any time now. Not that i want her to but if cinnamon of all things makes her come then i guess its mean to be. lol ive never heard of that @bri28
Well 36 weeks is still not full term. Not trying to be a meany, you make your own choices. Just saying, too much can be harmful for baby. Looking at pictures of preemies, I wouldn't want my baby laying in a box hooked up to different monitors
It some stuff that's in the cinnamon that can be harmful to baby, because they don't have a mature detox system yet. Preggos should keep it to like 1/2 tsp per day
oh ok, well im about to be 36 weeks im not worried about it! @bri28
Cinnamon can cause premature labor. You'll have to eat a lot of it tho.
I have no clue thats what my ob told me but i was never a fan of cinnamon so i didn't really ask questions
idk never heard anything about cinnamon! Lol @nessa_475
is cinnamon bad?? cuz I went thru a cinnamon phase beginning of 2nd tri
