How often do you put your little one on the breast? I started pumping yesterday, I want to even out bottle and breast for my little man. Any advice on pumping while breastfeeding ?

I pump in the morning and after he nurses. but I just store milk for emergencies or donate it. he rarely gets my milk from his sippy cup.
