@erinflaherty818 I got my workout on early this morning after waking up... I started out with the tire and did 10 sets of that, then did sit-ups and got 15 of those in, then did crunches and got 12 of those in, plus squats and got 10 of those... I think that's a good start to not working out in forever! we shall see what tomorrow has in store for me :)
Then it's a perfect start!
