lump swelling? / getting bigger? on the top of my baby bump 😞 waiting on a call back from my midwife in regards to what may be going on... til then: SUPER uncomfortable, cannot sit, lay, stand, ect in any position that's remotely comfortable or relieving in any way! *frustrated!*

I would just go in even if they send you home. it's best to go in just in case...
It deffinetely looks swollen. But only you can really tell if its looking different. I would go to l&d asap.. wouldnt even waste time waiting for a call back
