@arianna321, it's the only way to get any reaf. the only thing I've Hurd not to do is use a breast pump. I have a friend who has had the same problem and she is 37 weeks now and still has the same problem she was told to squeeze instead of pump

@aphrodite2014, don't squeeze them. That's what I've been told.

I'm getting sorta the same thing my nipples iches and if I squeeze them I get the clear fluid and it relieves the ich it's so weird
