my hospital was 30 mins away as well when I had my 10month old I had 2 false alarms before I really went into labor

I'm nervous now, I've been having these pains also,right under my belly button and my vagina feeling so much pain and pressure omg the pressure.and the pain is on my back too.i can't talk, I hold my breath and cry because their so bad their not often and go away ...wonder what it means

try getting in the shower with the water as hot as you can handle & let it hit your back maybe it'll calm it down

I might. but last time I ended up being up all night thinking I was in labor then the doctor came and checked me and said I wasn't. and I'm already sick... @jazmin805

yes it does. and so does the pain I keep getting down there. it feels like he's pushing down.. and that I'm dilating again. @aek91

well when you get a contraction does it stop you from doing anything like even if you're talking do you have to stop & breath through it?

ya but they've been like that before and sent me home. but that's mostly cause I wasn't dilated enough. so I've been dealing with contractions for the past week. its hard to know when I'm supposed to go in when they are no help. @aek91

I just got out of the bath like an hour ago and I've still been in pain.. it seriously feels like he's trying to poke out of me and it hurts @jazmin805

how far apart are the contractions?

Kneel in the shower facing away from the watter and let watter run down on your back adjust it to warm or kinda hot
