I changed my diet ever since I found out I was pregnant ditched the caffeine ditched the Tuna and I loved that and I was tea Jenny ( used to have one cup after the other ) helped me get through university. switched to orange juice or water, made a switch from white bread to brown bread (which I'm struggling to eat but still do) and eating coco pops, salad, and fruits where I can, even bananas and I hate them they are yuck! And cucumber I hate that too and checking the label and if it says may contain vitamin A its a no no, the one and only thing that keeps me going is the baby, I'm taking prenatal vitamins as well. It's a temporary sacrifice for the little one it makes u wonder how men would cope? Would they switch? My partner is the exactly the same as me? Hates cucumber hates water and loves his tea.., it makes u think

You can still have Tuna and Caffeine, just in small amounts. Tuna(Twice a week) xxxx

I know but I just thought to be on the safe side I'll stop because as soon as I taste tuna I'll probably have it lots. I love it

The same with tea, it's like an addiction as soon as I'm back on it I won't stop drinking it it calms me down

Tetley do decaf tea bags so u can drink as much of that as u like

Thank you I have been told about that but it has no nutritional value which is kinda steering me away to the water or orange juice.

I think the new diet is helping the baby so I'm gonna keep on going ! 💜💜💜💜💜

Fruit juice is great but watch your intake, fruit and fruit juices contains lots of sugars and although these are naturally occurring too much could trigger gestational diabetes. Green tea is great for you but does contain small amounts of caffeine. peppermint tea is fab, and camomile may help you relax! xXx

(I don't want to panic you about gestational diabetes, I'm more mindful of it because my sister and cousin both got it during pregnancy, luckily it went after the babies were born)

So water it is ? X it is so boring though!
