I have a question. my brothers girlfriend when she was pregnant she got put on the bland diet bc she had such bad indegestion. what exactly is a bland diet? and to me it's doesn't sound "very tasteful"

According to my mother Savannah is overweight and needs to be put on a diet all because she is 30 pounds. Her doctor said she is healthy and she isn’t worried about her weight but of course my mother knows best 🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️

bland is when you cook without adding spices or herbs to enhance the flavor of the meal. boring :-/
