i didn't get one since I have medicaid and they only do 2 unless it's medically necessary. so I haven't seen him since I found out at 22 weeks what I'm having.

my last ultrasound was at 20 weeks after we found out what we were having. everyone I know kept getting ultrasounds till due date because they were high risk. thats how it is around where I live. Ill be 34 weeks Wednesday and I haven't had one since 20.

You only get 2 on medicaid one when you first find out or around 11-12 weeksish and the anotamy one at 20 weeks unless its medically nessacary I got my last one 33 weeks only because baby was breech at my anatomy scan

@faithbryana, how many have you had so far ?
Jill·
the general rule of thumb is 3 per pregnancy that's normal. 11 weeks 20 weeks and 35 weeks. but everyone's different, and it depends on insurance. I got a 9, 11, 15, 19, and scheduled for a 23 so far

@mylittleprincess, do you know how i can find out how many my insurance will allow?
Jill·
well I know it depends. like having state vs. private insurance. and the ultrasounds have to be medically necessary or Dr ordered or most insurance won't pay for it. once you meet your deductible there shouldn't be an issue with how many
