Ladies I have some serious sciatica. The heating pad and Tylenol aren't doing much to help. Does anybody know what else I can do? I work in the restaurant buisness and am always on my feet so sitting at work isn't much of an option. :(

I used kinesiology tape and a maternity support belt, helped a ton until like 35 weeks

I know this sounds dumb and doesn't really make sense and maybe it was just complete coincidence... But I was told to eat more protein (peanut butter, nuts, cheese, eggs, beans) and when I started doing that.. Well I have not had a single sciatic nerve issue since..
