I'm so paranoid I'm not going to have a milk supply to breast feed with. Everyone else has either had an increase in breast size, have gotten fuller, or at least leaked a lil. I haven't had any of that. I know having no increase in size doesn't indicate that you won't be able to breast feed but it would at least tell me something is happening there 😕 I would hate to not be able to feed my child
@babymckynlee thank you I really needed to read that 💕 you're definitely right. I'll try and relax and just let my body take its course. Good luck on your third try!
Unfortunately that's not anything you'll know until the time comes. I don't really have any breast related symptoms during my pregnancies and I make plenty of nice fatty milk so I'm sure you'll be just fine :-)
Girl, take a breath....formula feeding is perfectly fine and healthy, yes breastfeeding has a few extra perks but it doesn't make u any less of a woman if u can't! I'm having my third baby and this time around I'm going to attempt to breastfeed for the first time but I've convinced myself if I can't I'm not a failure! I'm also bipolar along with other health usurps that I need meds for that aren't safe to breastfeed while taking so I've told myself I'll try but if I need my meds then formula is just fine and I'm still a great mom! Don't beat urself up! There are things u can eat and drink to increase ur supply! Everyone's body is different so don't compare sweetheart! You're an amazing mommy no matter how you feed your baby! Good luck to u darling 😊
You'll be fine...when that baby comes out, pop that little tit in his mouth! Lol
I know but if for some reason it doesn't happen don't beat yourself up over it
@jasminemb92 @theredheadchic my mom said she huge milk supply that she made a good cow. But she increased so idk. She made me all scared cause she said a couple of my family members didn't increase and had no milk supply
I didn't leak at all and my boobs didn't get any bigger and I'm pumping atleast 4 oz every 2 hours
@bengsmom10 thank you I'll keep that in mind.
@her_plus_her_and_me I really hope so. I really want to be able to have that bonding experience with my son. @babyanakin I've done some research and some women don't grow till their milk supply actually comes in. So hopefully there will be milk coming in for the both of us. Good luck!
I've grown but I've been feeling the same nervousness about being able to breastfeed. I didn't have much of a supply with my first. And I have leaked yet either. We will both be fine. It'll happen
Girl I didn't increase at all & I pump about 14 oz almost every session. It's not about that, it's more so about u Breast feeding right away & pumping pumping pumping! Well, that's what worked for me anyway.
I didn't leak either...I thought I didn't have nun there barely...then I had to pump it...& I decided not to breast feed so wen I took hot showers I wud leak like a faucet...weird...
If it doesn't come in on time there are things you can take and do to get your supply going. Good luck
I'm not planning to breast feed but would you ladies recommend breast feeding for the first time or straight onto bottles? Everyone keeps telling me different and I need advice! 😓
I really Want to breast feed my child and I know some women have a lot of trouble being able to. any tips on increasing or improving breast milk production? im so early I only have the clear stuff now but I'm asking ahead of time.
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Quick question to breast feeding mum i would like to breast feed my baby when she comes as I’ve never really breast fed my other 2, is it uncomfortable also how is pumping out milk????? For bottle feeds is the pump uncomfortable... I would normally just breast feed and not pump when home but I do drive so when I’m out and can’t stop I’ll have to use a bottle...I remember trying to breast feed my youngest and I keeped getting milk ducts why was that??? I think that’s why I gave up as I was scared...
I have decided I'm not going to breast feed with my first😩 hopefully I change my mind
Oh you're so very welcome and thank you too I wish you the best
