My baby's gaining weight really good but I'm still so afraid I'm not making enough milk, maybe it's just my anxiety. I don't use a pump at all.
He was born 7lbs 7oz, he just turned a month old yesterday and he is now 10lbs .5oz

Definitely trust your body. It's normal to feel like your supply isn't enough but your body knows what to do! It's also normal for a breastfed baby to nurse often and for loooonnnng times. I remember cluster feeding where I felt like I never left the couch for 2+ days! Lol. It gets better I promise 😍😘❤️

You got this mamma! If your baby has 3-5 wets a day you are good! And trust me, MOST women produce enough for their babies if your hydrated and eating enough food. Your body is meant to make milk. :)
