Okay mamas! How do you keep from caving into your cravings? I'm craving soy sauce like a mofo and I work at a Japanese restaurant and it's killing me not to chug a bottle of it cause I know too much salt is harmful.
Like I wake up and the first thing I do is make my fiancé go get my cravings and I get them again before bed. I heard if you keep little snacks like grapes or carrots help a lot
I have one day a week where I indulge my cravings. But only if I eat healthily the other 6. I've only craved pasta so far tho.
I cook steak with soy sauce for dinner on a regular basis so I couldn't tell you lmao
