so I'm overweight...and I've lost weight so far in this pregnancy, I've got two other babies whom I never lost the baby weight from....but this one I haven't gained any weight, I've lost. but I wanna lose more, is it safe and how's a good way to do this?

I've been eating lots of fresh fruits and veggies. hardly have ate anything greasy or spicy or fatty. I just would love to lose weight.. I'm paranoid about gaining too much :/
