Wrap those puppies up nice & tight! My mom used like the ace bandages or like those knee wrap deals!!! And yes wrapping them up tight it will stop!

Peppermint oil and peppermint tea, cabbage, compresses. There's no way to stop it but those should help lower your supply and help you dry up.

Milk out

You can't stop it it's gunna come in eaither way. You can dry it up though. Tight sports bras, cabbage in bra, take NyQuil and do not express any.
