Okay, so I need any advice from c-section mommies. This is my 4th pregnancy and have had 3 vaginal births. Well I went in for an ultrasound Thursday and the tech said my baby is breech. His little head is right underneath my rib cage. I'll be 33 weeks Saturday. What are the odds of him turning? Does anyone have experience with their doctor turning the baby? What's the recovery time for a c-section? How long do you stay in the hospital? At how many weeks do they schedule your c-section? I know these are a lot of questions but I only know about vaginal births and I'm really freaking out. I couldn't sleep last night and feel like I'm being a big baby. I'm just so scared I won't have the same bonding experience with this baby as I had with my others. Any advice or personal stories would be greatly appreciated.
I'm about to be 38 weeks and was scheduled for c section on November 9th. You are not allowed to get a c section until 39 weeks. My doctor told me they can't turn the baby because there is a possibility the cord will get knotted or wrapped around the baby's neck. I heard swimming and doing front and back flips can help the baby turn on his own.
I don't know about breech babies but the c section isn't that bad. It hurts for the first couple of weeks and it depends on if you get dissolvable stitches or staples, I had staples and stayed in the hospital 3 days. On the day I went home they took the staples out and put steri stripes on it. I got bonding time with my daughter about 30 mins- one hr after the surgery. And they allowed me to be in the recovery room with her and hubby for an hr before taking me and her to my room where family was
ссылка this has a natural way to help using peppermint oil only pure though but it also has positions you can try also
My daughter flipped at 36 weeks so don't freak yourself out yet. My Dr wouldn't flip the baby because he told me there were too many risks so if your thinking about that just do some research beforehand.
I can't help with the breech question but I can tell you about my recovery...I stayed in the hospital 2 days after my surgery...they had me up walking around the same day as soon as I could feel my legs again lol. it's was hard getting in and out of bed and the drive home sucked. I was on pain meds for two weeks and I had lots of help around the house so those 2 weeks weren't so bad like I said it hurt getting up and down, or laughing and coughing. by 4 weeks I had no pain but still had to remind myself to still take it easy. my 6 weeks I could return to normal activities...I had stitches that desovled so that was nice. overall my experience was not bad at all
Thanks for all the input. I really appreciate it! I feel better 😌
