It's colostrum which she needs to eat. The more you pump/feed, the sooner your milk comes in. Just keep pumping that colostrum and giving it to babygirl, it's good for her.

If you keep pumping it should go into the bottle part. Talk to the nurse about it, they will help you and they have breastfeeding nurses there who are amazing :)
