Does breast feeding make your boobs smaller or bigger? Is it true you loose weight faster if you breast feed?

I think it makes them bigger for the time you are doing it and they say it's like a full body work out

Bigger while they have milk in them, smaller when you stop. And yeah you're constantly burning calories when you bf

I gained 80 lbs with my first and lost it all in 2 weeks. A lot of it was water weight though. My breasts got smaller and a little saggy but are getting plumped again now that I'm pregnant.

I'm havin such a hard time deciding if I should breast feed or not, if I don't like it & I want to switch to formula can you do that? I'm scared it'd make my baby fussy.

Bigger during but smaller after and weight loss depends on the person

my boobs went up 2 cup sizes and stayed that way until I got pregnant now they are getting small

If you have Netflix I would watch the documentary called breast milk... It's answers a lot of questions and shows a bunch of different women and their breast feeding journey...it helped me a lot
