Does breast feeding make your boobs smaller or bigger? Is it true you loose weight faster if you breast feed?

If you have Netflix I would watch the documentary called breast milk... It's answers a lot of questions and shows a bunch of different women and their breast feeding journey...it helped me a lot

I'm havin such a hard time deciding if I should breast feed or not, if I don't like it & I want to switch to formula can you do that? I'm scared it'd make my baby fussy.
