Went to bed last night with burning fire coming up my throat, took like two hours to fall asleep, woke up throwing up at 12, laid in bed uncomfortably again fighting heartburn & up again since 5.. Worst night yet with this pregnancy.. 😞
Anyone else’s toddler start waking up in the middle of the night again after their first birthday??
past few nights when Kai has gone to bed he's woke up again after a few hours cause he's hungry 😦 I was just about to get into bed so I'm not amused (this was at 11pm) 😂 weaning is starting tomorrow so fingers crossed that helps 🤞 I want my good sleeper back!! 😋👶
Fight or Flight So last night my SO fell asleep on the couch. I came downstairs to get him to come up to bed.
Little mans sleep clock got messed up again :/ he doesn't go down for the night until 11:30 pm and sleeps in till about 10 am. If you try put him to bed earlier he wakes up in the middle of the night. And he doesnt overnap in the day either so cutting out a nap to help him go to bed earlier isnt really an option either so idk what to do
You know what's upsetting? I was trying something different (sexually) and it was the most fun I had with my hubby in the 3yrs of marriage...last night I wanted to do it again and he said we would...he said no...I was so upset! I cried, slept on my daughter's bedroom floor for a bit then went back to bed and cried myself to sleep....got my hopes up for nothing! 😔😭

@southernmama4, hang in there. Keep acid reflux meds available and try to avoid trigger foods. I hope it calms down!!! Tums worked for me, last night. I just hope it doesn't come back! 😕
