3 weeks postpartum. Just did my first real workout in almost 10 mths. It felt so good to get on the treadmill and stretch these short legs of mine. I still have 15 lbs to lose but I'm in no rush. I didn't gain this weight over night so I don't expect to lose it over night. My lil tip to anyone trying to lose that baby weight the key to a successful weight lose journey is that; it's not about how much you workout and exhaust yourself, it's about Portion Control. Because you can workout all day, but if you're still "eating for two" well than you won't lose the weight.
