Today has been a rough day, amongst other things that I would like to keep private - I was diagnose after all with gestational diabetes and now have to pick myself 4 to 5 times a day and receive insulin and engage in a diet and still at risk for type 2 diabetes later in life and and still at risk for having to be induced and deliver via c section. Today had been trying but I'm beyond grateful for the amazing support system I have. Even Bradley has decided to do the eating plan and workout plan with me. It's going to be tough buying special food and holding them hostage while everyone else eats yummy carbs and sugars ! I know alot of women don't agree with drinking the Glucola or the test, at this office it is mandatory but I can say I have gained only 20 pounds this pregnancy and did not expect to be gestational diabetic just based on that alone so I hadn't seen a reason to take the test, I am so glad I had no choice but to take it here and now know what my baby needs from me.
Hopefully will find out more this week when I meet for an ultrasound with a specialist in this area.
no, the 3rd was early but i had dehydration issues with her...everything for this one is going well and they are not thinking csection. and i am nearly 10 years older and consider3d high risk due to age... remember you do not have to schedule anything if you do not want it...do not let the dr freak you out to having to have a csection without trying natural first. my 1st was a csection. ..with 2nd and 3rd i told him natural until it was deemed necessary for medical intervention...he was fine with that...i never backed down either...my body my choice...
@babymckynlee, thank you love, I am doing my best. I know im not the first woman on the face of the planet to have this so I'm trying to not be too dramatic but after three miscarriages and finally thinking things with this pregnancy w
