Anyone work at walmart? or know about returning items? we got a car seat and never used it. we opened the box and my SO burned it. The problem is it wont fit in our double stroller because it's a click connect and we needed a classic connect. we bought it less then a week ago and still have the reciept, just do not have the original box. :(

I know they have the rule the cust is always rgt so u might not a refund because ur missing the box but u can more than likey get store credit!! I know they take food, clothes without tags and opened items back...so it wouldnt hurt to try!!
I returned a portable ac without the box but we had the receipt and they took it
walmart takes almost everything back I'd try it and see as long as you have the receipt it shouldn't be a problem
As long as you have the receipt they may take it back. It's been some years since I worked at Walmart so not quite sure.
they wont take it back cause you don't have the original box it came in. my mom and friend work there.. Maybe u could call and ask, but where I live they won't.
most likely they will not take it back because it does not have the box.
they said I could 're turn it. (: thanks ladies. if I can only get store credit that's fine. I'm going to get the classic connect seat there anyways!
