when i use to work for subway and i saw a mommy to be i would always get fresh meat out , thats when i first found out i was pregnant too so i knew what i had to keep a eye on

@deec, I just meant what kinda tuna ham that kinda thing.. but honestly i think subway should be fine because they have regulations that the food must remain at certain temperatures and cleaning wise too

I don't really trust subway's meats but if I want a sub from anywhere I get Lenny's because they cut it right in front of you and I'm pretty sure they clean it between sandwiches...or if you have a kroger around I know their deli cleans their slicer between meats

Honestly it's the bacteria that grows rapidly at fridge temp. If you get it toasted its 100% fine. Even the doctor will tell you just hear it up and your fine to eat it.

my baby class said its not so much the meat itaself but the fact that they cut it all on one slicer so if one thing is bad it spreads ..but if u get the prepackaged stuff from the store its fairly safe
