Took my Flinstone vitamin and of course threw it back up an hour later. I freaked out and thought I was puking up blood but no... The vitamin was red 😅

the prenatal vitamins I take are seriously disgusting; makes me sick. any suggestions on better vitamins?
Vitamins? What vitamins are you all on? My family doctor said all I need to be on is prenatals but some of my girlfriends have been talking about different vitamin like omega-3, vitamin D, vitamin C, etc. I can't see my OB/GYN until 14 weeks and am concerned that my baby will be missing out on important information.
everytime I take any prenatal vitamins, I wind up hugging my toilet less than an hour afterwards. anyone else have this problem? what can I do?

I was taking the gummy prenatal and always puked those up so I switched to the Flinstone and that was fine and now I have to have a really full stomach or it's pointless @kaylareese26

I used to throw up vitamins too till I started taking gummy ones much better!!
