Vitamins?
What vitamins are you all on? My family doctor said all I need to be on is prenatals but some of my girlfriends have been talking about different vitamin like omega-3, vitamin D, vitamin C, etc. I can't see my OB/GYN until 14 weeks and am concerned that my baby will be missing out on important information.
I'm taking an all natural prenatal. Progressive prenatal, vegetable capsules, they are amazing, they have ginger in them for nausea and it is fantastic...I'm glad they work for me at $50 a bottle lol I never took prenatals with my other kids. These are low dose pills, you take them three times a day to get a full dose, which is why they don't make you sick/constipated etc.....
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Just curious what prenatals y'all are taking. Everyone I burp or get heartburn I can taste the iron in my vitamin and it's not helping with my morning sickness at all.

I need to ask someone this have you literally regret having a child with someone. I love my daughter with all my heart but I really regret ever being with her dad.
I have PCOS, so I'm tryin to do what I can to keep myself and growing baby healthy. I'm taking a prenatal that has folic acid, vitamin D, calcium (since I can't have dairy), magnesium, omega 3, and a probiotic (I looked it up on several sites and asked in a PCOS support group if they were still safe to take while pregnant.)
I'm also still taking the metformin the specialist prescribed as I've read that continuing it through the first trimester is beneficial.
